Delivery & Returns policy

DELIVERY

UK ONLY

We only ship in the UK as we try to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.

Parcels are sent second class by Royal Mail. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you need your order urgently, email us and we will see what we can do.

Collection & Local Delivery

If you are local to Litton/Tideswell, Derbyshire you are very welcome to collect your order from us free of delivery charge. If you live in the surrounding area, please contact us at bee_kinder@yahoo.com as we also offer free local drop offs.

Packaging

We use minimal packaging which is plastic free.

RETURNS

If you aren’t satisfied with any of your products, then please drop us a message at bee_kinder@yahoo.com, so we can help.

If you decide you do not want something when it arrives, keep everything packaged, pop a note in the order with your name and order number plus the reasons why you are returning and send back to us within 28 days of receipt, to:

As soon as your items arrive, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs) and send you an email to confirm.

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we cannot take any responsibility for lost items.
