Contractual policy

Our contractual policy is not related to product sales (please see Delivery & Refund policy). It is related to contractual work for services delivered, including the services listed under Behaviour Change, Training, Facilitation, Outdoor Learning & Play and Wildlife Gardening.

Once Bee kinder (Katherine Clarke) has been contracted to deliver services, the following cancellation terms apply:

• If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the agreed delivery date - 100% of the fee is required to be paid.

• If cancellation occurs within 1-3 weeks of the agreed delivery date - 30% of the delivery fee, plus all development costs are required to be paid.

• If cancellation occurs more than 3 weeks before the agreed delivery date, all development costs are required to be paid.

• In the event of postponement by the client, an £85 administration fee is required to be paid along with any additional development costs.

Payment for services will be required by a 30 day invoice.
